Parkour

Parkour

Parkour (PK) is a training method for overcoming all kinds of obstacles in urban or natural environments, such as forests. The practitioners are called "tracers" or "tracers". As a leisure activity or autonomous sports discipline, parkour appeared in the Paris suburbs, in Lisses, in the early 1990s. It has long remained unknown to the general public and sports institutions, but it now enjoys wide media exposure (advertising, films, video games). Many collectives of parkour practitioners have largely contributed to spreading the practice, by publishing their videos on social networks.
