Physical description

These are the gaiters worn by Caryl Cordt-Moller during the Opening Ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. These gaiters have several buttons on their side sides but open and close with zippers. They are held to the character's leg thanks to an elastic band that goes under the foot. Caryl takes on this role on the roofs of the Théâtre du Châtelet. It is he who, with his back to the camera, looks at the Conciergerie with a torch in his hand in the distance.

Notes

The character of the masked torchbearer accompanied all the scenes of this Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games Paris 2024. It was a common thread. Many viewers wondered who could be hiding under the mask of the flame bearer. In reality, nine of them have played this role, among them: Simon Nogueira, Lilou Ruel, Caryl Cordt-Moller, Guillaume Larrazabal and Maxime Renaud.
