Notes

Fencing mask used by Auriane Mallo-Breton for the practice of the epee. In her first match of the individual competition, she faced the Ukrainian Dzhoan Feybi Bezhura, embarrassed by the light of the Grand Palais and trailing 5 touches to 0, Auriane Mallo-Breton, helped by the referee, put a piece of tape on her mask and made a crazy comeback to win (14-13). She keeps this cover for the rest of the completion. She is a silver medalist in women's individual epee at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris against world number 1 Hong Kong's Vivian Kong on July 27, 2024. It was played extremely narrowly in sudden death by 12 hits to 13 after leading by 5 touches.
