Physical description

It is an oval mask in 3 parts, adjustable by elastic straps. This mask does not leave any pieces of skin or part of the face uncovered. Once the mask is worn, the person underneath is completely anonymous. It was worn by Caryl Cordt-Moller during the Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games Paris 2024.

Notes

This hood was worn by Caryl Cordt-Moller when he took on the role of the masked flame bearer, on the roofs of the Théâtre du Chatelet, opposite the Conciergerie. The character of the masked torchbearer accompanied all the scenes of this Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games Paris 2024. It was a common thread. Many viewers wondered who could be hiding under the mask of the flame bearer. In reality, nine of them have played this role, among them: Simon Nogueira, Lilou Ruel, Caryl Cordt-Moller, Guillaume Larrazabal and Maxime Renaud.
