Physical description

The character of the masked torchbearer accompanied all the scenes of this Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games Paris 2024. It was a common thread. Many viewers wondered who could be hiding under the mask of the flame bearer. In reality, nine of them have played this role, among them: Simon Nogueira, Lilou Ruel, Caryl Cordt-Moller, Guillaume Larrazabal and Maxime Renaud.

Notes

It is a black jacket with an integrated white jacket, worn by Caryl Cordt-Moller during the Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games Paris 2024. He is one of the masked flame bearers. Caryl takes on this role on the roofs of the Théâtre du Châtelet. It is he who, with his back to the camera, looks at the Conciergerie with a torch in his hand in the distance. The jacket is a kind of black tailcoat with six buttons on each side. Rather unstructured, it has several shreds of very airy beige fabric that floats at the bottom of the sleeves on the hands, as well as at the bottom of the jacket. The back of the jacket is fully laced. Some rather open parts reveal areas where this white fabric is found, especially in the back and shoulders.
