Laurent Chardard (born August 30, 1995 in Saint-Pierre) is a French disabled swimmer. He competes in the S6 category (amputee on the right of a leg and an arm). In 2019, at the World Championships, he won silver in the 50m butterfly and bronze in the freestyle. In 2021, at his first Paralympic Games, he was 4th in the 50m butterfly, 6th in the 100m backstroke and 7th in the 50m freestyle. In 2022, he won the world championship title in the 50m butterfly, a title he retains in 2023. On September 3, 2024, he won the bronze medal in the 50-meter butterfly S6 at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris. Two days later, he won a bronze medal in the 100-metre freestyle S6.
