Hug Angèle

Angèle Hug started kayaking at the age of 6 at the Club Eyrieux Canoë Kayak. She will enter the Pau youth centre. She was crowned world team champion in the under-23 category in 2021. At the 2021 European Slalom Championships, she won a bronze medal in the C-1 team event with Lucie Prioux and Marjorie Delassus. On August 5, 2024, at the Paris Olympic Games, she won the silver medal in kayak-cross, an event created for these Olympic Games. She thus becomes the first French woman to win an Olympic medal in this new discipline[
